Refund policy

I am from the US. Do I have to pay tariffs on my order?

Unfortunately, my country is now affected by tariffs. While the price of items have not changed, the shipping rate is now a flat $63 on any order. We suggest that you buy items with friends/in bulk to save on shipping!

When will my items reach me? 

Within Singapore - 1 week of placing your order

Outside Singapore - 3 weeks of placing your order

What is your return/refund policy? 

Shipments to the US will not be reshipped if they are lost. I will refund the cost of the items instead, but not the shipping fee. 

For all other regions, if you have selected Registered OR Courier shipping, I will offer 1 free reshipment if your items do not reach. However, if your order contains messenger bags, refunds will be offered for the bags instead as there is limited stock. 

If you have selected Basic shipping, I will not offer a free reshipment. Most of the time, your package will be at your nearest post office, and we recommend contacting them no later than 4 weeks after placing your order. If you'd like your order to be reshipped, please email or DM me.

If there are missing items in your order, I will ship the missing/wrong items for free. You do not need to return me any wrongly mailed items.
