I am from the US. Do I have to pay tariffs on my order?

My shop is now able to ship to the US at affordable rates again! We don't collect any tariffs from you and we will prepay all your tariff fees - you don't have to pay anything extra at any stage!

When will my items reach me? 

Within 3-4 weeks of placing your order. If you haven't received them by then, do contact me!

Should I select Basic or Registered shipping? 

Basic Shipping - 10-20% lower cost, but no free reshipment if your package is lost.

Registered Shipping - higher costs, but I offer 1 free reshipment if your package is lost.

If your order is incorrect, I will offer free reshipment of the wrong items regardless. If your address is incorrect, no free reshipment will be offered regardless of shipping method. All reshipments will be via basic shipping.

If you're ordering from the US, only registered mail is available.

What if there's an issue with the items?

All wrong, missing or damaged items will be resent to you free of charge or refunded. You do not have to return wrong or damaged items. In the case of wrong messenger bags, only refunds will be offered due to limited stock.
