I am from the US. Do I have to pay tariffs on my order?

Great news - you don't have to pay any tariffs! My shop is based in Singapore, and all shipments are considered small packages. Tariffs don't apply!

When will my items reach me? 

Within 3-4 weeks of placing your order. If you haven't received them by then, do contact me!

Should I select Basic or Registered shipping? 

Basic Shipping - 10-20% lower cost, but no free reshipment if your package is lost.

Registered Shipping - higher costs, but I offer 1 free reshipment if your package is lost.

If your order is incorrect, I will offer free reshipment of the wrong items regardless. If your address is incorrect, no free reshipment will be offered regardless of shipping method. All reshipments will be via basic shipping.

What if there's an issue with the items?

All wrong, missing or damaged items will be resent to you free of charge. You do not have to return wrong or damaged items. In the case of wrong messenger bags, refunds will be offered in stead of reshipments due to limited stock. Thank you!
